Customer support representative
At Transfer Galaxy we have developed a digital platform for cross-border remittance. With the help of technology, we make remittance cheaper, safer and smarter while helping our customers to save on expensive fees when sending money to support their loved ones.
We are now looking for two excited and driven customer service representatives to be a part of Transfer Galaxy’s growth success. As a customer service representative, you will be one of the first in line to have contact with our customers and work with enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone, chat and e-mail
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Be part of the development of the company’s routines and policies in customer treatment
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, Somali and Swedish verbally and in writing
- Service-minded and passionate about creating customer satisfaction
- Driven and a will to grow within the company
